The movers came a week ago, and took everything!

We originally started out thinking that we would take 4,000 pounds, and a car. Finally, we whittled it down to 1,500 pounds and no car. The estimate was $3200 and something. I (Andrew) was completely paranoid when we came to the final decisions about what to take and what to leave, and the result is that the truck weighed in at only 1,200 pounds, and we get a refund from the movers. It's great -- it makes up for never getting an IRS refund for the past few years.

There are only three weeks left until we leave, and we're both really excited. We've been studying French at CU, and we've learned quite a lot. The Buddhists would love it, because we can only speak in the present tense.
