As if there actually was a 31st of September! Anyway, here are links to slideshows of various pictures connected with our trip. We'll put them up in chronological order, so the first ones are actually from America. I'll put up pictures of France tomorrow or the next day. I'm (gasp) sorry! Please give me feedback on the size of the photos and how they're displayed. I can make future photos bigger or smaller if these are either too slow to load or too small to look at. Or better or worse quality, and I can change the controls around... The movers came on July 21st. This is a picture of the last time we saw any of our belongings. Presumably, they're sitting in England right now, having just come through customs. As soon as EuroHouse has a truck headed to Cannes, we will receive them. I'll not hold my breath. And, we've no place to put everything. But it will be nice to wear shoes, and I'm a little sick of my favorite blue shirt. The going-away party was on August 19th. Because it was under a shelter in Eben G. Fine park, and the disposable cameras we used are for "outdoor use" (read: anything darker than direct sunshine is severley underexposed) most of the pictures haven't turned out. I've included one such, just so you'll know what I mean. The yard sale was both a yard sale and going-away part. It was a great deal of fun, and it was nice to see all of you who came. Thanks also for your help and for buying so many things.
